What you need to configure
To start using it, you only need to set two values in the config.json file:
- your Telegram bot token;

chat ID.
You can get the bot token via @BotFather by creating a separate bot specifically for these notifications.
Your chat ID can be found using special Telegram ID bots or other tools that show your Telegram user/chat ID.
After that, the skill knows where to send notifications.
